This Welcome Packet was developed by the 2008 ALANA Board of Directors to serve as a resource for both new graduates and seasoned CRNAs who have relocated to Alabama. It is a lengthy and thorough document that attempts to inform you about the opportunities and obligations of practicing nurse anesthesia in Alabama. We urge you to read it from cover-to-cover once, then use the document as a resource going forward. We will keep this document up-to-date when changes occur and will host it here on our website so you have access to it whether you are at home, at work, or on the road. If you have suggestions for improvement or have questions, do not hesitate to contact the author. The document is available in Adobe PDF file format. Click the link below to open the document.
Without further introduction, welcome to our new members of the Alabama Association of Nurse Anesthetists! If there is anything we can do for you, do not hesitate to ask.
